What's on for the kids?

If you’re stuck for ideas for what to do with the kids this Summer holiday, why not pop along to Broadstairs Folk Week between 10th-17th August.

There’s so much fun to be had – from Maypole and Morris dancing to learning Circus Skills and the Tin Whistle. You’ve Mr Ed's Stretch & Juggle and the Children's Special Show plus Theatre workshops and Arts and Craft.

And don’t forget Tiddley Folk – songs and music for the very young, magic shows with Mr Trix, and storytime at the Campsite and at the Bandstand.

Here’s what else’s going on:

For Kids

SUPER SONGS – Enjoy the fun of singing together.

BRILLIANT BAND – Learn easy tunes on any instrument (bring your own if you have one!)

For Teenagers

SINGING  TOGETHER – Bring your voice and we’ll raise the rafters.

BIG BAND – All welcome to learn tunes, create a groove and make a great sound.

For Everyone

THEATRE – Come along to create great scenes, make the props and act it out.

CRAFT – Interested in what your hands can make? Come down, chill out and get crafty.

TIN WHISTLE – Come and learn the whistle and bring your parents along too if they fancy having a go!

MARVELLOUS MORRIS – Have lots of fun, learn some steps, make friends!
